Mirage Baits are the brand name behind a UK based bait company called Future Baits Ltd....production is based in Cornwall on a modern new industrial estate where were have the factory shop outlet for direct sales and for mail order distribution to our customers from further away.
We contract manufacture carp and match/pleasure baits for all levels of the industry, in the lab we are building an increased knowledge of flavour manufacture specialising in recovering lost recipes and forgotten favorites.
in 2021 we've fine tuned the mixed herb & proper Scopex, made a new tandoori curry flavour that takes our secret agent flavour to a new level...then we have the ester range - strong, old school flavours that will catch carp for ever - Orig Tutti, Banana oil, Pear drop, used singly or combined these flavours have been missing for years and now they're back
Our baits are built around complementary combinations - taking high quality powdered and fresh ingredients as the base point, then building the recipe so each part works with the others is the way we make baits that catch fish, and keep catching them..
Good nuturition is essential, we want to do the fish some good after they've fed on our baits...feeding fish are easier to catch! and big healthy fish are a pleasure to catch..Each bait in the range is designed to offer our customers some variety but still give baits that will out perform other baits long term....the prices we charge reflect the ingredients cost - our lower price baits are basic, mostly vegetable based with a splash of yeast or fishmeal - the difference is that we charge £3.50kg for these baits where others charge 2 or 3 times as much.
the food baits are £6.50 - £7.50/kg but they include haiths bird foods, enzyme based ingredients, liquid protien sources, high end palatants and enhancers etc

The dry powder mixer is 500 litre handling 350kg powder mixes
Rollers are 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm - Fully auto and semi auto
Cookers can handle 800kg per hour
Dryer capacity is up to 2000kg shelflife boilies per 24hrs
Packing line does stand up pouches, bulk sacks, pot sealing and labelling etc
